Yeah, that's right, I hung out in the gray area yesterday, aka the Northeast Masters Tournament. I got to meet some wonderful people, enjoy four WODs...yes, I said 'enjoy'..., and was inspired by many incredible Masters CrossFitters. It felt great to be a part of the day. One of the coaches from a box that was well represented at the comp wrote a couple of blogs that sums up what yesterday was all about.
